Join us for an evening on the water featuring an exceptional collaboration between Haute Feast’s Pablo & Carey and the farmers of the Barnegat Oyster Collective—the team behind the sustainably harvested oysters and seafood featured in our menu.
The evening begins with a seasonal welcome cocktail and an introduction to Matt Gregg, founder of Barnegat Oyster Collective. Matt will share insights into the organization’s mission to support independent farmers and protect the waters of Barnegat Bay.
Guests will enjoy a curated raw bar and passed hors d’oeuvres on The Estuary, Sea Philly’s dockside venue located in the Spruce Street Harbor Park. With fire tables, comfortable lounge seating, and sweeping waterfront views, the setting offers a relaxed yet refined atmosphere.
