Cherry Hill, NJ native Greg Vernick could be found in the kitchen at an early age thanks to his grandfather owning a Philadelphia butcher shop and mother, Beth, owning a local restaurant near their hometown. After living in coastal places and visiting many throughout his life - pivotal years in Boston, love of the Jersey shore, travels to the Pacific Northwest, Italy, and Spain – Greg’s passion for seafood resulted in the conception of Vernick Fish, many years in the making.
